About Us
Magnolia Manor, formerly Magnolia Park, was built in 2008 out of two locals’ desire to bring easy retirement living to the greater St. Clair County area. Situated on almost 10 acres, Magnolia Manor boasts some of the best sunsets over the trees and the occasional rodeo at our neighbors, The St Clair County arena. We strive to maintain extremely well kept facilities and have a full service maintenance team for all tenants needs. Coming in the Fall of 22’, our clubhouse will be available for tenants and community members to rent for special events from birthday parties to family reunions and potentially even more. The ownership of Magnolia Manor looks to continue investing in the community and making Odenville a better place for us all.
